Another important area of work of the "A good world for everyone" Center is vocational rehabilitation, which includes career guidance and vocational training. The objective of the vocational training course is the professional training of deaf and deaf-blind professionals who are able to realize themselves professionally. In 2021, we received a grant from the Presidential Grants Fund of the Russian Federation for training and employment of the deaf in territory cleaning.

An important component of the rehabilitation process is socio-cultural rehabilitation. It is carried out after school hours by holding various cultural and leisure activities, the main goals of which are the actualization of personal potential, the disclosure of creative abilities, and the expansion of opportunities for the integration of hearing impaired people (deaf and deaf-blind) into the socio-cultural life of society. We go on excursions to the sights of the Republic of Tatarstan, museums and mosques. We try to organize trips to other cities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The "A good world for eweryone" Center employs highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in working with the visually and hearing impaired (deaf and deaf-blind), teachers of the deaf.

The results of the work of the Center "A good world for eweryone" are the restoration of the state of disability, the tendency to social adaptation, to independence, creative self-realization, the training of competitive specialists striving for professional improvement, асtive life orientation and responsibility in choosing your professional path.

In addition to the developing process, various types of psychological assistance are provided. In their free time, students attend clubs where they learn needlework, go on excursions, to museums, art attractions, art values in amateur performances, concerts, exhibitions.

More than 450 people with hearing and vision impairments (deaf and deaf-blind), people with limited mobility and the disabled are assisted every month. On an ongoing basis, charity dinners are held for: hearing-impaired (deaf and deaf-blind), people with limited mobility from the House of Veterans, deaf students of the Kazan Aviation Institute who came from other regions, people who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
Particular attention in our Center "Good World for All" is given to the visually and hearing impaired (deaf-blind).

Man - is a social being, his life and development are impossible without communication and interaction with other people. But what if a person is deprived of hearing and vision, suffers from persistent impairments in the auditory and visual perception of the world around him, and, in this regard, loses the opportunity to become a full participant in public life and full communication with people around him?
From December 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023, the Federation Center of the ANO “Good World for All” is hosting the “Social Canteen” charity project for people with disabilities, the implementation of which was possible thanks to the Presidential Grants Fund of the Russian Federation. The goal of the project is to provide the maximum number of people with disabilities with material assistance, in the form of charity dinners (including outdoor ones), psychological support (guests of the Center not only actively communicate with each other at charity dinners, which are important centers of public life, but also attend other events ). : lessons in various disciplines, excursions, concerts.

As part of the project, delicious hot charity lunches prepared by specialist chefs are held every day at the main address of the center, which are attended by at least 50 people every day. Volunteers also actively visit their wards and other organizations that need help: every Tuesday and Thursday they bring hot lunches for residents of the Veterans Home nursing home, in addition to these lunches, and the Human Shelter organization, as well as in the branches of the Center in Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk. In total, more than 15,000 meals were prepared and distributed during the grant project. The Relief Fund helped to significantly increase the scale of assistance provided to people with disabilities by the Center of the ANO “Good World for All”.
More often, deaf-blind people who have congenital deafness or hearing lost in childhood come to our Center. Deaf-blind people either do not see at all, or have such a severe visual impairment that they cannot communicate in Russian Sign Language.

Deafblind people are very different. Some perceive only gestural speech (the hands of the listener are superimposed on the hands of the speaker), someone only perceives fingerprinting (ordinary and LORM), and someone needs to write in block letters on the palm of their hand (dermography). Braille is also used to communicate with the deaf and blind.

It is very difficult for a deaf-blind person to do many things on his own: he needs a special translation, accompaniment. Accordingly, a separate service of interpreters and escorts is required specifically for deaf-blind people.

"Deafblind people have the right to a satisfactory standard of living and the right to work commensurate with their abilities and capabilities, and the right to engage in other meaningful activities, for which they must be provided with opportunities in the field of education and training," is Article 4 of the Declaration of the Rights of the Deafblind, adopted on September 16, 1977
The autonomous non-profit organization сenter for the help and assistance for the people with disabilities "A good world for everyone" was created to create a network of social support services for people with hearing and vision impairments, as well as their families. More than 450 people a month receive assistance from the organization on an ongoing basis.

Basically, people with Usher syndrome who are "legally blind" apply to our Good World for All Center. According to researchers, 6-11% of people with sensorineural deafness suffer from a serious genetic disease - Usher's syndrome. 50% of all deaf-blind people are those who have lost their sight due to the consequences of Usher's syndrome, a hereditary disease characterized by hearing loss and progressive loss of vision (narrowing of the visual field, impaired adaptation to changes in light and shadow, pigmentary dystrophy of the retina) and impaired sense balance. Most people with Usher syndrome are born with severe hearing loss. One of the symptoms of visual impairment in Usher syndrome is night blindness. Later, there is a gradual loss of lateral vision to the so-called "tunnel". Some patients become completely blind in old age.

Such people need psychological help in adapting to new conditions.

On 8 June 2023, a new branch of the ANO ‘A good world for everyone’ was opened in Kazan on Korolenko Street 103, where activities to help people with disabilities were also actively organised: charity dinners, lessons, master classes and rehearsals of the unique musical choir ‘A good world’. Due to the fact that at the moment the premises at 20 Sh. Marjani St. are being renovated, the work of the Centre was temporarily moved to Korolenko 103.
